Just don't forget the toilet paper when you go to the store before a snow!juliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12423393733607579888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3744477289341631197.post-35716911467164639942010-02-11T22:09:13.701-05:002010-02-11T22:09:13.701-05:00It's amazing how far-reaching these winter sto...It's amazing how far-reaching these winter storms have been, especially in the south! And here in Pittsburgh we have record snowfalls this year. Enough already!

Very amusing post! Loved the bus photo and the Workbasket ad!

But really howled at the weather forecast with subliminal suggestions! What baffles me about the panic buying of milk is that when I go to restaurants, waitresses look at me like I'm crazy for ordering milk, and they rarely have skim milk, which is what I want. So it seems to me that very few people drink skim milk, yet it seems to disappear off the shelves at the stores, even in normal times.

When we hopefully get out of the house (cave?) tomorrow to go grocery shopping, I'm wondering what will (and will not) be there!
Will we fight over parking spaces, too?

I always admire the tatting on the header of your blog and enjoy your writing style. I realize you're also experiencing some difficulties right now, and admire your strength in dealing with them.Kathy Niklewiczhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03471658272689112787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3744477289341631197.post-55194498902344022992010-02-11T21:45:27.900-05:002010-02-11T21:45:27.900-05:00My question...as one how lives in the South....WHY...My question...as one how lives in the South....WHY do we always buy milk. If there's a hurricane and no electricity the milk will sour (very quickly) and in winter if we have no electricity we have cold milk to drink????I bought nothing. I did not go the the gas station and fill up. I'll drink tap water and stay home!!! :) lolVivhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01707226547657386110noreply@blogger.com
